Self-consoom is a term invented by Francisco { well it actually came from my mind spontaneously but maybe this idea existed since thousands of years ago and is ubiquitous } meaning a state where one only consooms and enjoys things made by oneself, prioritizing it over consooming things made by others. This doesn't mean that you don't like consooming things by others, just that most of or what all you consoom is made by you. There are so many variables to define what's made by you and what's not and the size of the thing because it can be something extremely small and simple or extremely big and complex, but we will make a simplification there and point mostly to art or content, not basic goods like food unless it had a significant creative aspect. Another very retarded and volatile simplification could be anything that you can hold copyright on. Now it doesn't count if you pressure it over external stuff, you must genuinely enjoy it, because if you don't you're just cheating yourself -- self-deception. Reaching a state of self-consooming is desirable as it makes you more independent { how? } and create things. Some examples being: videos, text, music, software, videogames, drawings, porn, buildings, sculptures, etc. You get the idea. It could also mean consuming your own sweat, blood, piss and shit and even your own flesh etc but that's too far bro and you're not even using your mind to make it that much.
Is this like some kind of narcissism? In theory narcissism means one's own needs over others and need for admiration, which doesn't necessarily apply here.
